As part of our recent re-design, we took the chance to update our Customer Accounts area. Currently, customer accounts are only optional and are not required to place an order. However, registering your details gives you access to your own customer area, where you can find a number of different features, to aid you organise and obtain information regarding your orders. Here are a few of the benefits:

Billing & Delivery Details

After entering your email address and password into the Login section, your previously entered billing and delivery details will be automatically added to the checkout fields. By not having to re-enter all of your details, you can place a new order in a no time at all, which is especially helpful when, for example, our same day dispatch time is fast approaching.

Re-Order Function

You can now quickly and easily re-order products from your previous orders. After logging in, to you Customer Account area and selecting the “Re-Order” link, you will be presented with a list of all previously ordered products, their current prices and the quantity you have ordered in the past. Each required product can then be added to the shopping cart and re-ordered. This feature is most helpful if you order the same cartridges from our website, on a regular basis.
