Welcome to the InkPrices.com help page. This page contains all the
information needed to successfully place an order on InkPrices.com.
It also features a Frequently Asked Questions section, which we would
encourage you to view before contacting us, if you are experiencing
any difficulties using the shop.

When you have found the product you would like
to purchase, enter the desired amount in the Quantity box and
then click Add To Cart. The selected product will then be added
to the Shopping Cart. If you need to browse the shop for other
products to add to the order, the Shopping Cart will store
the added item(s) until you need to make a purchase.

Products can be added and deleted at
any stage whilst you are in the Shopping Cart. If you would
like to adjust the quantity of an item, change the number in
the Quantity box and then click Update. The Shopping
Cart will then recalculate the order amount.

When you are ready to make a purchase, click
Checkout and then enter your billing and delivery details. Follow
the on screen instructions carefully to ensure your order goes
through successfully.

After you have filled in your order details
and selected a delivery option, you will be presented with
an Order Review where you can check that your order details
are correct before proceeding to the payment stage. To proceed to
the payment stage (if paying by credit/debit card) select Submit
at the end of the page.

Your browser will then re-direct you to the
secure online payment system provided by Protx. This is where
you can securely enter your credit/debit card details and pay
for your order online. If payment is successful, you will be re-directed
back to the InkPrices.com Order Confirmation page.

You will then receive an order confirmation
email and payment confirmation email from Protx. If you do
not receive either of these emails, please contact us, quoting
your name and order details.

We realise that not every visitor to our
website will be comfortable with placing an order on the Internet. Although
we can assure you that our online credit card processing facility
uses very high levels of encryption. |
| If you would like to place an order over the phone, our sales/support
line is open from 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. |
To help us process your order as quickly and efficiently as
possible, please have your order and credit card details available before
contacting us. Your order will be taken and your credit/debit card will
be authorised immediately. If a contact email address can be provided,
your order confirmation will be sent to the email address.

Which debit/credit cards do you accept? |
| |
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo,
VISA Debit and VISA Electron. We also accept payment by cheque and postal
order. If paying by cheque or postal order, payment is required first
before your order can be despatched. Please allow 10-15 days to process cheque
and postal orders.

Are my credit/debit cards details secure when placing an order through
the website? |

All credit card information is processed using a secure
payment system provided by Protx, a leading online payment processor.
Once you enter the Checkout process, you will be forwarded to the secure
version of InkPrices.com. All information entered into the checkout is
secured using the latest encryption technology. A padlock symbol will
appear at bottom of your browser window to confirm that you have entered
a secure area.

Why does my browser display a security alert when I try to access
the Checkout page? |

If you are using Internet Explorer Version 4 and older
versions of 5, in some cases a security alert will appear suggesting that
our security certificate is either invalid or the name does not match
the name of the site. Changes to the secure certificate technology mean
that older versions of Internet Explorer are unable to read updated certificates.
If you are receiving this security alert, it is safe to proceed to the
next stage of ordering, our secure certificate is valid and registered
in our name. You can verify this information if you select "View Certificate".

We are a business, can we pay via invoice? |
| |
We do not provide a credit facility or 30 day invoice
payment terms. All orders must be paid for in advance before being despatched.

Do you provide a VAT invoice with your orders? |
| |
Yes, the order confirmation email which you receive
after placing your order, contains a VAT breakdown of your order. This
can be printed and used as a VAT invoice for your records. If you have
not received your order confirmation email and require a copy for your
records, call or email us quoting your order number or billing postcode.
We will then be able to resend the confirmation by email or post.

Is there a minimum order amount/value? |
| |
There is no minimum order value or amount, you can order as little
or as much as you like.

Which countries do you deliver to? |
| |
We are a UK based company and we can only deliver to addresses within the UK. This includes the UK Mainland, Alderney, Arran, Guernsey, Islay, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Lewis with Harris, Mull, North Uist, Northern Ireland, Orkney Isles, Sark, Scilly Isles, Shetland Isles, Skye, South Uist, Western Isles, BFPO

Will VAT be deducted from my order before payment, if I have a delivery address on the Channel Islands? |

Yes, the shopping cart system will automatically deduct the VAT from all orders with Channel Island delivery addresses.

What are your delivery charges? |
| |
Delivery is free on all orders, regardless of size
and weight. We always use recorded delivery services and the majority
of orders are sent via 1st Class Recorded Delivery. For larger orders
and toners, we use CityLink couriers and their next day service. We also
have a number of optional delivery services:

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? |
| |
All orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Thursday and
before 3pm Friday, for in stock items, will be dispatched the same day.
Delivery will take 1-3 working days depending on the delivery option selected
in the checkout. Royal Mail 1st Class delivery normally arrives the next
working day but this is not guaranteed. Our Next Day Special Delivery
service guarantees next working day delivery before 12 noon. Larger orders
sent by courier, will arrive the next working day. If you have placed
an order with us and you have not received your order after 3 working
days, please contact us, quoting your order number.

What is a remanufactured cartridge?
|
| |
An empty or used original cartridge which has been refilled
and refurbished to a high standard. Remanufactured cartridges contain
the same quality of ink as original cartridges. Remanufactured cartridges
supplied by InkPrices.com are 100% guaranteed and should perform to the
same standards as their OEM equivalents.

What is a compatible cartridge?
|
| |
Compatible cartridges are brand new cartridges supplied
by an independent manufacturer. Compatible cartridges are manufactured
to the same standards as original cartridges but are normally significantly
cheaper.
