Cheques and Postal Orders

If you would prefer to pay for your cartridges by cheque or postal order, follow the instructions below:

Add the cartridges you wish to buy to the shopping cart.

Go to the checkout and enter your billing and delivery details.

In the "Payment Method Selection" section, select "Purchase by sending a cheque"

After you have entered your shipping method, you will be presented with a printable order form, with all the details of your order.

Post this order form to our address with a cheque or postal order for the total amount payable to: Inkprices.com

Please allow 10-15 days for cheque/postal orders to be processed. This time allows for the delivery of the cheque, clearance of the money and subsequent dispatch and delivery of the products ordered. If you require your order urgently, we do recommend placing an order via credit/debit card.

We are happy to accept official purchase orders from schools, colleges, universities and government organisations.



All we require is an official educational or governmental purchase order which has been signed by an authorised member of staff, clearly showing your PO number and organisation details. 30-Day accounts are setup automatically on receipt of the purchase order.



How to place your order:



  • Add the required products to the shopping cart as normal and proceed to the checkout.
  • Enter your details in the relevant fields and then select "Purchase by faxing a purchase order - Schools, Colleges & Government orders only", as the payment method.
  • Select a delivery method, review the order details and then submit your order for processing.
  • You will then be presented with an order number which needs to be referenced on the purchase order which you send through via fax or email.
  • An order confirmation email will be sent detailing your order. This email also acts as your 30 day invoice for your purchase. Please ensure that you enter a valid email address, to receive the invoice. A paper copy of your invoice will also be sent.

We can also accept orders which have not been placed through the website. Fax your offical purchase order with a detailed description of the products you require, making sure the product values match the current prices listed on our website.

If you can supply a contact email address, you will then be able to receive all of the relavent delivery tracking information for your order.
