Order Cancellations
Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you are untitled to cancel your order, within 7 days of receipt of your order. To cancel your order, visit the "Contact Us" page and fill in your details, stating your order number in the message box. We will respond to your order cancellation request within 24 hours.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the items you receive are faulty or if we have sent you the wrong items due to an error on our part, you can return them to us and receive a full refund or we can send you a replacement.
To return your items, send them to our returns address below, enclosing a copy of your order confirmation and a description of the fault:
